Nominet have introduced new registrar and good practice agreements and as a reseller of Easyspace, a Nominet registrar, you are also bound by these terms.

The changes include the following:
- A term stating that unless specific permission is given, the domain name will only be registered in the name of the customer
This means that any .uk domain you register for your clients MUST be in their name and not the name of the reseller.
